How to place your order?

You may order from our online store by clicking the SHOP NOW button.

STEP 1: Shop via our website.

STEP 2: Add the products you are interested into the shopping cart.

STEP 3: Key in your billing and shipping address and proceed to checkout.

STEP 4: Select your preferred choice of transaction (Bank transfer, FPX internet banking, e-wallet, credit or debit card.)

STEP 5: Click [Place Order]. For bank transfers, take a screenshot or photo of your transaction receipt.

STEP 6: We will send you an email for order confirmation.

STEP 7: We will ship the products within 3 working days once we have received the payment.

Shipping

We provide free delivery for orders above $60

For orders below $60, there will be a flat $2.99 delivery fee.

Delivery:

It is highly recommended for someone to be present to receive the delivery in person and the driver will not be able to wait longer than 5 minutes. Should no one be present to receive the products, we will attempt to contact the person who placed the order for further instruction by phone.

For the safety of our delivery personnels, we are sorry that we are unable to deliver to addresses without lift access.

Currently, we support delivery to all locations, except for

• Tuas
• Sentosa
• Jurong Island

We will not be liable for products that expire before expiry date due to thermal abuse i.e leaving of products at the door in ambient conditions for long periods of time.
